We provide digital marketing, creative and related services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Fees and schedules are agreed in advance. Where work is done through Upwork, its payment terms also apply. Late payments may pause work until settled.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need. Delays on your side may affect the timeline.
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Additional work outside that scope may be quoted separately.
Once payment is complete, you own the final deliverables created for you. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. You confirm you have the rights to materials you provide.
Outcomes such as rankings, followers, streams or revenue depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, so we cannot guarantee specific results.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Either party may end an engagement with written notice, and fees for completed work remain payable.
We treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.
Our work may rely on third-party platforms such as search engines, social networks and email providers. Their rules and changes can affect results, and we are not responsible for them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
